The development of a new canister design and the construction of a new machine and tool is based on numerous reasons aimed at improving production and environmental efficiency. The new canister design, developed in collaboration with a leading toolmaker from Germany, follows the latest trends. The goal of this design is to maintain key functional properties while simultaneously reducing the product’s weight. Production of the new canister takes place on a completely new, fully electric blow-moulding machine, model year 2024.

- Energy Policy and Decarbonization: The machine operates exclusively on electric power, meaning that no fossil waste is generated during its use. This significantly contributes to reducing the carbon footprint and aligns with sustainable development guidelines.
- Sustainable Packaging: The canister is designed with three layers, allowing for the use of recycled material in the middle layer, which does not come into contact with the filling medium. This enhances the environmental friendliness of the product.
- Reduction of Plastic Use: The new design allows for the same performance of the canister with a lower weight, meaning annual plastic consumption will be reduced by approximately 50 tons, which significantly contributes to decreasing environmental pollution.
